On Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010, members of the Dyer County Sheriff's Department, Dyersburg Police Department and agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation began rounding up alleged drug dealers, which had been indicted by the Dyer County Grand Jury and placed on a secret indictments list. The operation was the result of a 7-month investigation by both the sheriff's and police department, which targeted suspects selling illegal narcotics.
