IF they refuse then they are still playing the poor card. IF the libtards were NOT lying to America everyone of those so called disenfranchised people would have already had an ID! I give Obozo the answer how to do this! IF they refuse to get these poor people an ID card then why are they wasting the space keeping real working Americans that can get their jobs done.
